Morning (9:30 am - 12:30 pm)	271.615/715 (CHC/MNK/HNS) Gospel and Culture Alan Thomson LR8 *	This course introduces students to ethical decision-making and Christian ethics, including the biblical underpinnings of ethics, morality, justice, and virtue. It is also an introduction to individual and social ethics, and concepts of justice, virtue and vice. 211.615/715 Theological Ethics Stephen Garner LR8 *		This course is an exegetical and theological study of the Sermon on the Mount (Matthew chapters 5–7) in the context of Matthew’s Gospel, and its challenging implications for Christian discipleship in today’s world. The central questions of the course will be: What does the Sermon on the Mount mean? What does it disclose about Jesus Christ? How should the Sermon on the Mount affect Christian believers in their beliefs, perspectives, attitudes, and behaviour - both personally and in the church and in the wider world? 147.615/715 (CHC/HNS/MNK) New Testament: Sermon on the Mount Richard Neville LR8 *	This course examines traditional and contemporary theologies of the person and work of Christ, theology of revelation and Scripture. 202.615/715 (HNS/CHC/MNK) Christology Greg Liston LR8 *
Afternoon (1:30 pm - 4:30 pm)	This course explores interpersonal dynamics in leadership. Leadership theory meets practice through the experience of ministry, mentoring, specific models of reflective practice, an examination of the student’s own leadership style and integrative tutorials with a specific focus on communication, group dynamics and leadership styles. 464.615 Leadership Dynamics Linda Flett LR4	This course offers an introductory look at ‘local’ theologies. It considers how cultures bring differences of emphasis and insight into their reading of Scripture and ways in which evaluation is still required and possible as the Gospel is related to the worldviews of particular contexts. 612.615/715 Majority World Theology Terry Pouono LR4	This course engages students in detailed exegesis of the English [or the Hebrew] text of selected parts of the Pentateuch, as well as studies in the theology of the Pentateuch with particular focus on the book of Deuteronomy. 122.615/715 (HNS/CHC/MNK) Pentateuch John de Jong LR8 *
Evening (6:30 - 9:30 pm)		(6 - 9 pm) This course helps prepare students to preach biblical sermons that witness to the Good News of Jesus Christ. Preaching is an event where we participate with the triune God in faithfully proclaiming the Gospel so that people may faithfully respond. 561.615 Introduction to Preaching Reuben Munn LR8
